Great food, friendly service,... the brisket was amazingJust a shame there was no pork belly or ribs. The prawn starter was epic - full of flavour and the brownie was great portion size . We will be back !

A great place! A good straight forward menu with a good amount of choice. I had the famous beef brisket and it was amazing. The gravy is another level good. Friendly staff with a no nonsense approach

Me and hubby visited here yesterday for a meal and it was amazing. We both had the pork belly, which came with a mountain of fries, beans and corn. The corn unfortunately was just mush but the fries were fresh and crispy, best I've had in a while. The pork belly was amazing it melted in my mouth with a beautiful layer of crackling on top, I would be very happy if mine at home came out like this but it doesn't! We also got a jug of gravy which was lovely and meaty. We had two mocktails that were really good and beautifully presented. Our waitress aswell was born to do customer service, she was bubbly and attentative, when next down this way we will come back and highly recommend x

Love this place and can’t wait to return. Amanda made us feel very welcome and we had a right laugh with her. The decor in the lounge is worth checking out! I’d suggest trying some of the moonshine that they sell by the bottle. Cocktails are great too!

We had such a great meal here , just the two of us , we had the brisket & a few superb cocktails , one had colour changing Cornish moonshine!The brisket & gravy was delicious! We had it with new potatoes, it was all so tasty , very filling , no room for dessert.The staff were blooming brilliant! Amanda & Holly thank you for being so attentive and funny, having friendly happy staff enhances the experience all round.We will definitely be going back. Booking your table is a must.

Great place cocktails first class ,Cornish moonshine . The staff were super friendly , our host Elaine was brilliant the Manger I did not get her name was brilliant great personality for the hospitality trade , Top. Marks we will definitely be back again.

We visited the Rebellion for the first time tonight and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was first class. The three ladies that served us were so friendly and helpful. I have nerve been to a restaurant with such good service. food was so lovely. We will definitely be back the next time we visit 😁
