River Street Cafe in Cornwall

Popped in here for a hot drink on a cold, blustery day. The drinks (2 x hot chocs, 1 latte and 2 milkshakes were so good but the home made cakes were amazing. Best Victoria Sponge I’ve ever had. I’m sorry that I’ve forgotten the lovely lady’s name in the cafe but she was wonderful, helpful and friendly and had baked said amazing cakes. My dad had the coffee & walnut and said it was out of this world. Highly recommended!

Now called the light house cafe. Really pleasant, friendly staff. If you are in Mevagissey I am sure this little gem of a cafe will make your day. So happy we found this cafe.

Now called The Lighthouse CafeFriendly welcome, proper home cooked breakfast delicious.All the scones and cakes are made on the premises.My husband says it's the best coffee he ever had, it's roasted locally. Lovely Cornish tea too.

Lovely little cafe, super food, great choice on the menu and really lovely owners. Reasonably priced too, highly recommend a visit if you're in Mevagissey.

Nice little cafe friendly lady served us , tasty venison burger and coffee.

Had a lovely breakfast while visiting there mid June. A very pleasant change to be able to have smashed avocado with eggs (which we did and it was delish!) along with all the other great British offerings. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
