Tried to order hot food at 6.35pm and was told it wasn't available. Asked us whether we were going into Flambards (not any of their business). Apparently they could do is a sandwich... not impressed.

Quite good but slow at tills with long line of waiting customers. Had to wait for cutlery. But food was fine.

Eat delicious at the cafe in the shopcentre. Indian meal, lasagna or pizza. Also kids. A plain coffee is about 1,60 pounds.

Staff were amazing. Busy & someone had called in sick. Obviously no reserve staff called in as the company don't make enough to staff to suit the large number of customers and everyone must have free time to wait in a queue. The lady was absolutely lovely behind the counter and the waitresses also. Pleasant breakfast!

Haven’t been in Sainsbury’s cafe for at least a year but as waiting for my grandson thought would have a cuppa and cake ,well to my surprise nothing has changed well not for the best ,still have to wait ages as only one staff on at the counter having to do drinks as well as serving, tables not cleared and dirty sticky tables had to ask for a tray and got one that was cracked and then no teapots for tea .The staff must not like there jobs as so miserable. Cutlery not that clean ,lady in front of me order a meal to be told it’s now been discontinued even though still up on the menu .Well I will not be coming back .

A bit of disaster. Two breakfasts came out wrong but the lady who was so busy answering customer questions at the tables put it right. We heard others complaining and this started us looking around and we noticed the floor was filthy, picture attached. Not what you expect from Sainsbury's. Great place to shop but sorry to say don't use the cafe.

Standard food for when you need something. Very average. staff like to discuss stuff between each other before bothering to take a customer order. just ok.

Poor ,dirty cutlery, no sweet potato chips no pizza no veg lasagne but what they did have was a long wait!! Will not be going back

Food not cooked properly the one thing that ticked me off the most was the fact that the bread had butter on it already ... Who puts butter on the bread before Beeing severd you get a choice if you want to put the butter on or not
