Sausage and Roll in Cornwall

We found this lovely restaurant yesterday, wasn’t sure if it was open because there was a lot of building going on beside it. My husband said to try anyway and so pleased we did because the food was absolutely delicious! He had the burger and I had the schnitzel, he had a Californian beer and I had a cocktail, everything was just first rate! We were served by a friendly staff member (Nick I think?) the decor in the restaurant is beautiful and it was just a lovely lunch, we are definitely going back!

Great meal here, in a nice environment. Crispy duck on top of an Asian salad for me, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the good playful of muscles. Finished off with sorbet / chocolate mousse. Thank you, lovely meal

We stayed at Llawroc Hotel which is 17 min drive to Kingswood.I’d highly suggest ordering a taxi in advance (See image for taxi numbers)Staff were really friendly,Ambiance and decor was lovely!I had the Miso Cod - highly recommend!

Six of us including 2 children, all had great meals. Very varied menu meant there was something to satisfy all tastes, including vegetarian. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We have eaten at the Kingswood many times and always had the same positive experience.

Over two years since I have eaten here and it's still as good as its always been. Friendly staff, great food and comfortable surroundings. My wife has a gluten allergy but wasn't disappointed at the choices available to her. You won't be disappointed.

Ahhh, we booked in here as we were staying just down the road in St Austell.We looked online and noticed that this place had good reviews and feedback.Now we know why.. The attention that is put in these dishes is unbelievable. The food is GREAT. So good, that we ALMOST booked in again for the end of our week, however, we didn’t because we thought we would potentially miss out on experiencing another great restaurant in the area.Had there not been so much choice in the area and the areas that we were visiting, we would have certainly booked, or tried, to book in again.There’s parking right out front, it’s easy to find, the food is amazing, the service is great… I cannot fault a single thing.The restaurant is very well kept, clean and nicely decorated.It’s a 10 out of 10 from me!

I absolutely loved the place. It’s classy, elegant, and cosy at the same time. Quality and quantity of food is great. Chloe, our waitress, was very sweet and friendly, she definitely made our dine better.

A brilliant discovery - had an amazing birthday meal with family. Friendly owner & staff who knew their food & drink. I had the best bit of Cod ever.

Great looking building outside and lovely interior. This venue is classy, without any pretension.Staff are friendly and put you at ease to enjoy the experience. The menus are not huge, but there is great variety to suits most palates and the presentation matches the classy venue.Cocktails were great, wine was beautiful and the food was amazing!Add it was amazing value for money, and we're looking to stay an extra night just to get another meal in at Kingswood!
