Great food and a really nice spot, but we waited an hour for our food. Their menu was limited to only Pizza’s (since it’s a bank holiday they’re quick and easy), which isn’t a problem since everyone loves pizza. The waitress’s were very kind, however after we asked a waitress if she knew where our food was (after waiting over an hour), the owner of the establishment came to our table and said that we were “welcome to leave” because we were “rude” to a waitress. We never were, we just kindly asked where our food was. Our order didn’t go into their system the first time around, and our order got mixed up. We eventually got our food and we were given the food for free.

The food and drink at Schooners was REALLY good! Distinctly memorable! With views to die for and super friendly and accommodating staff, what more do you need?

You won't be disappointed with the food here, its absolutely delicious. I can highly recommend the cheeseburger with all the trimmings, soo yummy. Friendly staff and even when busy service is pretty quick too, I would definitely visit again if we are ever down this way again. Great location too, right on the beach.

Great little restaurant. Stunning location and view. Great food - bit pricey but extremely good so worth the elevated price tag. Would recommend the single cheeseburger, which comes with brioche bun, gherkins, gravy, aioli, and tastes like it's been drenched in garlic butter. This was hyped up to me by friends as 'the best burger ever' and I wasn't disappointed.

Great bar and casual diner overlooking the beach. Delicious freshly made prawn tortillas and lovely staff. Would highly recommend

Lovely food and drink and right on the beach.Outdoors have the heaters on so you can warm up and whilst the menu isn't extensive it's perfectly made and tastes great for a beach bar.Would definitely recommend taking the time to pop in as all the staff are really friendly and the decor is really cool.

Good quality food, waiting time bit longer than expected but worthy to wait. Fish tacos are very nice and schooners fries very nice as well. Dogs friendly, and next to the beach.

Me and my partner met up with her cousin on the beach and due to the horrible weather we ended up popping in here for a bite to eat. The staff were very friendly and they allowed dogs inside which was a great bonus. The menu isn't very extensive however, I must say that they do probably one of the best burgers going. Nothing extravagant, however the gravy and cheese combo along with a few pickles on the side simply works. I also had the hot wings, but these were a little too tame for me. Overall I would recommend this place for a quick tasty lunch.

We really enjoyed this place and will definitely be recommending it to friends when they visit next month. The staff we're really friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to get a bar stool table outside overlooking the bay.We had fish tacos, prawn tacos and the schooner fries which I would 100% recommend for anyone visiting. It was a really enjoyable afternoon watching the surfers and eating really tasty fresh food. If I lived closer I'd be there all the time.
