Pool and pool area freezing. According to lifeguard, jacuzzi "isn't a hot tub so if course it isn't warm". Kids dithering (not just mine). No car park refund for spending in cafe - 4.50 for up to 3hrs. No kids play area any more. Very poor.

Amazing service and most beautiful views 😍

Had 3 meals over the 2 weeks we were there. The 1st time we were in the side room. A gentleman came in with security pointing out the chairs were not 1m apart. Security just nodded. I felt ok with the situation as nobody was sat on the table next to us. A lady on another table was using a vape/ecig which was quite shocking. The other 2 meals we had there we sat in the main room and I felt more at ease. Staff were sometimes busy chatting to each other rather than attending customers. The food on each occasion was perfect and arrived quickly. I wanted to give a tip to a lovely waitress but noticed that tips were pooled and I didn't think that the other staff deserved my tip so I'd like to that Teagan for being attentive, polite and friendly whilst we were there.

We had breakfast here and it was amazing. £11 for a big full English, but thanks to Boris it was £5.50. 😀 Staff were very helpful and polite and the restaurant was super clean and socially distanced. Filter coffee was very nice hot. If passing give this a go, you won't be disappointed.

Good here. Great views across the site and the coast and sea. Staff were brilliant here following the covid rules to the letter. Well done to all of you. Made our visit feel so safe. 👍👌

Good place for light bite and coffee and swim.Great free kids soft play.Recent adults 'quiet' area added to cafe.Parking such a pain let's it down.Just about acceptable as parking costs can be offset with redeemable tickets from machine. Car park small and tight. Often full as shared with all visiting guests. Parking aggressively enforced.Site residents can park elsewhere on site.Pool closed to locals/non residents in high season. Also overflow across main road same cost but have to cross blind, fast main road!

Good, soft play is a bit awkward because it goes down to the level below and you can't see the children. Unfortunately my friends daughter was racially abused by some nasty little girls while at the bottom of the soft play. Otherwise it is nice to sit out on comfortable chairs while the kids play. You can also get back your parking fee in the bar/cafe

Nice time though they the closed pool at lunchtime (1 pm for an hour hour). Sunday lunch was mixed. Lovely veg but the meat was very cheap quality though thankfully they were tight on that. Expensive at £10.50 considering how poor the meat was.

We always use Pentewan beach and the seahorse when we are visiting family in St Austell. The site and beach are brilliant and the food in the seahorse is always great and big portions too. If we didn't get free accommodation with our family would definitely stay here.
