Shanaz in Cornwall

What a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Customer service was spot on. The food was amazing. Complement to the chef! Especially the Panasia dish and the prawn dish. Would totally recommend this place if you would like 10/10 service and amazing food. Thank you for making us feel very welcome :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our food but missed the heated trays that keep the food warm. The young waiters were not as confident as the service we have previously experienced but we enjoyed our time there celebrating two birthdays.

I had an amazing night out with my family at The Shanaz. Everything they served was top quality and the staff there were very kind. 10/10 recommend if you would like to enjoy some fantastic curry. We will back again

I have been visiting the Shanaz for over 20 years and it is by far the best curry around. The dishes are Unique and genuinely delicious. I have celiac disease and they are extremely accommodating to the gluten free diet and I have never had an issue.It also helps that the staff are lovely. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We really enjoy a good authentic Indian food. The Shanaz will not disappoint you, there is a great menu, the food is excellent and really good value. We know this as we have tried a number of restaurants serving similar cuisine and it’s just not been in the same league!

Super takeaway. Delicious food using a lot of fresh tasting flavours. Our takeaway was all all present and correct, and ready bang on time. Still nice and hot when we got home.

After having a work colleague recommend this place I thought I would give it a try. Not had an Indian for a while so I was looking forward to this one. My first impressions from outside were good, well presented building that you could tell was very well looked after. Once entering the restaurant we were greeted by a very professional looking staff member that was well dressed and well spoken.The table we were seated at was a little small for all 4 of us, but we mentioned this and was moved to a larger table right away. The inside of the restaurant was as nice looking as the outside with a modern yet traditional feel to the place. Service was quick and we were well looked after. The food came out very hot and fresh and well presented, the taste was just as fresh as the look. This was amazing food and very filling.Honest part, this restaurant is not cheap, it’s in the higher tier pricing but then again you pay for what you get and we got great service and great good. Worked out £25 each for a drink, popadom, dips, rice, curry and naan.I would highly recommend this place and will visit again soon

Very nice place to chill and have amazingly good food. Service was amazing and on top of everything. Food was really tasty and big menu with different choices of curries. My dish was a bit too salty, BUT I don't really use salt in my everyday life, so it's just my taste. Anyway it didn't stopped me from enjoying my food, it was still amazing. We are not locals, but if we come back to this area, then definitely will visit this place again.

First time visit. Great good, good range on the menu. I tried a chicken tikka vindaloo and I enjoyed every mouth full. Restaurant was also well presented and staff attentive enough without over fussing. Price were also sensible. My only suggestion perhaps was the restaurant itself was a little cold, but will definitely visit again. Thanks!
