Stopped off for a baguette and a pint and was not disappointed!Plenty of chicken in the baguette and the cider was icy cold. Service was good but it was the views were that made the meal!Dog friendly cafe.Very covid aware. Not really wheelchair accessible.

Despite the name; I got absolutely no rest while staying here. I had a trunk full of people, and that’s hard for a Mini Cooper in my opinion; and the staff were nothing but rude. Trying to stick their nose into matters that weren’t theirs. I had to leave early in the morning, I didn’t trust the woman behind the desk. The rooms were very nice however, and the brand of conditioner they have in the shower smells like lavender, big plus for me

We really liked it here, nice setting, not over priced, book early to avoid disappointment, if you want to book the evening BBQ well worth it, nice just to stop for an ice cream or cake or a light lunch

·

Stunning location shame it was long life milk spoiled the coffee. But location great staff very nice and the carrot 🥕 cake super.

·

Lovely place, had a lovely Cream Tea, great friendly staff.

Called in for a cuppa after seeing the sign on the main road. If you decide to visit you’ll just need to keep going down, right to the bay, it’s a good couple of miles or so.The beach is rocky and a obey but there were still quite a few folk there. The Smugglers Rest café has a large grass car park and the café itself is a wooden affair selling a good variety of snacks, sandwiches and hot and cold drinks. They were also advertising a BBQ after 6.30pmBit of a trek down the single width road but was worth it for such a lovely spot to spend some time.

Absolutely amazing cream tea(Americano to) after a beautiful dog walk from Looe harbour. Staff very friendly and all the covid measures put in place to keep us safe. Scones, jam and cream tasted great. Exactly what I needed for the return leg. Dog enjoyed a few treats to. Look forward to coming back soon.

Lovely location, unfortunately the food wasn’t great but the staff were super friendly. They did just open for the day so that may have had something to do with it. And probably did so definitely benefit of the doubt and would recommend.Beach right on the doorstep and amazing coastal walks around there.Very dog friendly and provided water and dog snacks FOC which was really nice.

Nice little cafe - a long walk and you will be able to get yourself a drink - nice homemade cakes - beautiful views over Taland Bay - unfortunately they had run out of crab on the day we went - toilets were clean but no had wipes or toilet paper.

Great place up the road, short walk from Talland bay cafe and beach. Food is a bit pricy, but did a great Full English plus other food. In the evening they cook a BBQ. Can park for free. Great view of the beach and sea while eating your lunch.
