St. Agnes Bakery in Cornwall

Googled best Cornish Pasties in Cornwall and this place came up. I can honestly say I was not disappointed! This is the best Cornish pasty I have had!! The pastry was nice and soft in the middle but a nice flaky consistency on the outside and so buttery without being sickly. Filling beautiful, so tasty and lovely tender meat. I would recommend to anyone looking for that perfect pasty! Also tried their famous pork and herb giant sausage roll, was very tasty, great meat and good seasoning and flavour. Pastry also perfect! Finished our holiday perfectly 😃 already looking forward to the next time I get to visit!

We will be back very soon. We had the pasties a couple of days ago. A traditional and a gluten free as my husband is coeliac. I can truly say my one was the best I've ever had and I've had many all over Cornwall.. Full of filling especially the generous portion of lean steak and beautiful pastry.. My husband also commented that his gluten free was superb compared to the dried up horrible pastry he normally has to make do with. The price was reasonable too. Please keep up the good work and quality of your products. It's very much appreciated.

We first visited in January 2021 when we stayed in St Agnes. We went to Truro last week we visited this bakery again, amazing food will also visit for breakfast when we are in Cornwall

All I can say is fantastic food and shakes. Recommend the giant sausage roll.

What a delight! Super friendly staff, delicious pasties, coffee and cake. Loads of vegan and gluten free options too. The owner and all the staff were so so kind and absolutely made the end of our coastal walking trip. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Several trips here during our week in St Agnes. Excellent village bakery with a lovely range of breads, cakes and treats and of course their excellent pasties and sausage rolls! Lovely staff too and generally a really nice place to go. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town. Thank you!

Thought I’d had the best sausage roll ever with the apple, you proved me wrong when I went back to get another one and Also try the cranberry and stuffing ! Blew me away! I don’t really leave reviews but I had to for this.

Having purchased pasties for my family and I, we all found that the meat was disgusting, very fatty, the pastry was also very poor. I could not believe the cost of these dreadful pasties. I will not be visiting here again!

We come back to the area every year and this is our go to bakery, some of the best examples of traditional cornish pasties, they do a great steak and Stilton version. Also their giant rolls are fantastic, lots of choice of flavours. We always place an order to take home when leaving. 100% love it
