Quick, efficient service and very generous portions. 2 courses was a struggle but worth it. Take away cartons available. Good value and a good choice of food. Scotch egg and mackerel for a starters were delicious.

Rosie's is always fantastic whenever we go. They're also dog friendly which is fantastic after spending time at the beach with them, they even do doggy ice cream. They've got a great food menu and their drinks are brilliant. For all the vegans and lacto-free folks they have great non-dairy options for iced lattes and ice cream

I really wish the kids would stop asking to come here. There are better quality, cheaper places to get ice cream and a coke.With every menu change the price goes up yet the quality comes down. Although we did get a new one, my partner found several long hairs in her sundae. The freshness of the bun on my burger was very questionable. The peas accompanying the fish and chips were not cooked properly.On the visit that prompted this review, we were in a queue ready to order at 14:45. The queue was moving very slowly. Dead on 3pm the person behind the till asked if anyone was ordering food. Several people said yes only for her to put a kitchen closed sign on the bar.When we said we'd been waiting since before 3 we were met with, well I've been here by the person on the till.Next time I'd rather upset the kids and take them somewhere else.

Really nice tasty food. Staff were lovely!!! Welcoming and kind without impose oneself. It's just my personal preference; I like be welcomed and treated gently, but not over kindly, with invading my space.Those people were just perfect for me!Toilet was clean. What I appreciated.I dropped one star because of paid carpark. And also, in autumn/winter season is cold there and feel very uncomfortably. Overall, I recommend this place for lunches and catch ups with friends. I like there.

Such delicious food and a great atmosphere!! I got the fish and chips and it was fabulous. They also have great ice cream!!

We have been coming to Rosie’s for years since it used to be a shack, as a family we would make several trips a week just to eat here! The food, service and value for money was amazing and it was the place to eat! The last few times we have come have been very disappointed, service not to scratch food not great quality. So a few days ago we went after 2pm the place was not so busy maybe about 8 tables, we told our food would take up to 1hr was happy to wait! As must of been busy. But my husband gets my 3 yr a milkshake the server offers him cream and flake for extra money, says yes my girl happy payed waits few seconds to be told no flake😳😡 husband not happy not about the money as it’s pence but about upselling a product and then not having it upset girl. The till and bar is all connected surely they would communicate or check ( 4 members of staff working not doing much) at this point the bar was not busy was after rush hour.Next we get given wooden knife and fork to cut fish 😡 asked to have metal cutlery to be told we do not have any cleans one😳, I was shocked I have worked in catering for 8 years and I would never dream to tell a paying customer who comes in a restaurant/cafe we don’t have clean cutlery. Go and wash some! We paid for a family of 4 £60 it wasn’t cheap or was not a takeaway to be given wooden cutlery! Was very hard to eat the food especially for my small children. The service was not good we loved Rosie for years and even through the pandemic but now it just takes your money! Just upset won’t be returning to Rosie’s anytime soon.

Generous breakfasts here with great sea views, indoor and covered outdoor seating.Only let down by the most ‘orrible anaemic greasy burger van style sausages I have ever been served in a cafe.Very popular cafe for breakfast so its a shame that the management feel the need to make more money buying such sub standard meats.

Very relaxed bistro right on the beach. Really delicious food and ice cream, didn't wait very long for food even though you can tell it was cooked fresh and the bistro was full! Really lovely play area and they were also playing music on the evening/night and became more of a party place.

I stayed here for work on the beach and this was my go to spot for almost two weeks. The food is fresh and healthy. They have juices and smoothies along with delicious milkshakes. The staff is very friendly and there’s lots of seating indoors and out so you can enjoy the beach weather.

Nice place for a family meal close to parking (pay & display) with a great view while your eating. Shakes were lovely same with both the kids meal and the pulled pork dirty chips were great, however, the beef nachos were a let down, some sort of overcooked oversized homemade nachos and not enough beef which was a shame as that was the best bit. Will be returning but will give them a miss and opt for the dirty chips. Your forced to use the online payment system which is a tedious when signal is poor.
