Subway in Cornwall

I'm giving a one star to the older woman sweeping the floor while we ate. The one star is because she picked up floor carpets banging them together infront of the food counter, not just once, but 4 floor matts. You could not only watch the dust rise up into the air over the food counter, we could smell the dirt where we sat. Then she placed these wet salt and dirt covered carpets onto the benches patrons sit on. (Look at photos) She continued to sweep around us flipping the broom and dust into to the air. Why she didn't start at the other side of the store away from us eating I don't understand. See pictures I included. This was at 630pm and the restaurant is opened until 10pm. We were curious why she couldn't wait until the patrons are not eating or at least until we were gone. Very unpleasant experience.I give the young lady behind the counter making our subs 5 star. She was friendly, fast and just very pleasant.

Spacious dining area, with plenty of parking nearby.

Inconsistent. The young man who made my sub made it perfectly, and then a different person, a young woman, drenched it in sauce and ruined it. Not the first time she's ruined a sub... dunno why she's still there honestly. He deserves a raise, she does not.

Great service. I forgot to add guacamole on my wrap and server asked if I wanted done in small container to go. Just perfect.

They actually let me show up to order even though I was extremely drunk and annoying. I would recommend. Food is great, as always.

Great food, had a slightly ignorant sandwich artist on that particular day but kids will be kids sometimes lol. Overall good experience

Not impressed with the Subway on second. Went to three different Subways and none of them had cookies. Finally settled for the one on second and figured we'd just ask them to make some considering they were open until 12am and it was only 9pm, and we had four other friends who wanted subs as well. When my boyfriend went up, they told him to skip the line when he said he only wanted cookies and drinks. When he asked for a dozen cookies, they said the oven was off and they werent making any more. He said he had no problem waiting since we were all sitting in anyways and we would be a while. They straight up refused service and were quite rude about it as well. Me, having worked at subway before, knew that they werent supposed to do that so I went in line. My friends were behind me and I asked if it was okay that I'm in front since I'm just asking for cookies and they said it was fine, plus they told my boyfriend to do so anyways. When I mentioned getting cookies, i got an eye roll and was told to go in the back of the line. So fine, I went in the back of the line and waited. When I got to the front, before I could even say anything the worker said 'we only have oatmeal raisin', I asked if they could make some more and she said no once more. I told her we were fine to wait and they were still open another three hours so theres no reason they couldnt make more. I told her I used to work at subway and I knew it didnt take long, and they were still open another three hours so they werent supposed to refuse service. I also let her know that this was the third subway we've been to that night. The girl simply laughed in my face and went in the back with her co worker, talking and laughing some more. I waited another five minutes before she came in the front and said they werent making any more cookies and if I had a problem with it, I could bring it up with the supervisor another day. Not impressed whatsoever.
