I am a British guy who lives in Singapore. I have been coming to Sullivan’s since 1988. In fact, one reason ( apart from loving Porthleven) why I travel so far is to experience Sullivan’s food and service in Penzance. I fondly remember the late John - he was was jovial, positive and so friendly with his customers. Now his wife and family run it and the food is equivalent and the cordiality has been maintained. The portions have always been generous and the prices are fair. I totally love this place and will be back on February (19th) 2022 for a month with my friends to enjoy this fantastic restaurant once again. Sullivan’s Diner is truly a gem 💎 in Penzance.

So stayed at the premier inn for a few days, although their breakfast is great, we never eat £18 worth of food between us. Ate at Sullivan’s diner instead, great food, good value. Only problem is the staff will insist on having a day off and close on Sunday😀

Unfortunately due to the current pandemic eating inside isn't an option. There's tables to sit outside but it was quite overcast and not long been raining when I decided I wanted breakfast so opted for the takeaway option. Had a breakfast, and bacon egg chips. Prices were reasonable, food was delicious! Didn't have to wait too long either. Staff seemed really friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

WOW! Stumbled onto this fabulous place, sourdough toast, mashed avocado, grilled halloumi, mushrooms and 2 perfectly poached eggs, oh my, delicious! Lovely people and highly recommended! A chilly windy beautiful Cornish day and fine food, what more can you need?! 🧡
