Ordered at 5.06 it arrived at 7.10. Food was cold. Items missing. Seriously would not recommend this place.

Really nice meal and fun and friendly staff.

Well, always have left a great review. Tonight however our meal was disappointing! My sauce was weak and watery and we had to reheat as it was almost cold! Can only guess that they were really busy with a lot of deliveries for 8pm, although we placed our order earlier! Not giving up as it's always been suoerb in the past.

Hygiene is by terrible staff member goes to another country Comes back after ten days and he Comes Into work and starts coughing and spluttering all over the food we was a Delivery Dr river there and the attitude towards us has now made us give our job up the manager doesnt give a dam what goes on nobody listens and seems it won't ever get resolved

Came to the restaurant on the recommendation of the staff at the White Hart Hotel. It was a quiet Tuesday evening, the staff were super friendly and attentive. Genuinely one of the best currys I'd had in a long time (chicken dansak), the chef even popped out to say hello. Excellent restaurant, I would highly recommend it.

Had food missing from my order. When I call I was put on hold while the gentleman working took orders from other customers. When back on the line he didn't apologise, denied the food missing, then acknowledge the driver had left it in the car. He refused to call the driver to get him to pop back with it. Told me there was nothing he could do and hung up! I call again got told to hold the line again and listened while he made fun with his colleague about leaving me hanging on the line, this went on for 4 minutes! Again when he came back to the phone refused any sort of remedy and hung up for a second time. Disgusting customer service!!! Shame as despite they are always late delivering, the food has always been good.

We've had indian from here for around 10 years and it's always been really good. Unfortunately it has changed management recently and seems to have gone down hill. We ordered at 5pm on Saturday, went to collect at 5.40 (time given) and they hadn't even started cooking it. It was very chaotic in there, they couldn't find orders and couldn't manage the amount of orders they had. Chips were inedible and curries tasteless. We may try it in the future if reviews look like it improves, but gutted we wasted £40!

CAUTION!On Saturday night I ordered a takeaway at 6.00 pm it said it would be delivered by 7.27, I thought that was a long wait but as it was a special occasion, and I thought its Saturday night thats fair enough.My takeaway still hadn't arrived by 7.45pm so I called to find out where it was. I was told it hadn't even been started yet and that it would be another 15-20 minutes! At 8.30pm it still hadn't arrived so I called for a refund. I was told by the girl on the phone that its "crazy here" "everyone is loosing their heads!". She also told me that she had worked at the premises for 2 days and did not know how to process a online refund! I then got passed to a guy that told me I would have my refund processed by the end of the night as he was too busy to do it for me instantly. I still have not received a refund or any confirmation of a refund and my emails and calls have been ignored.This is an unacceptable service to be waiting for 2 and a half hours, to pay up front for my takeaway and I did not receive the service I paid for. I'll never order from them again. You have been warned!
