The Allotment Deli in Cornwall

Lovely place. Staff friendly and excellent gluten free pasty!

Had been in there 5 minutes without anyone mentioning masks. A lady came over from the back and asked us if there was any reason we were not wearing a mask (even though masks are not mandatory by law now) She could have politely asked us to put one on when we walked in, but she chose to ask with a condescending tone towards us. We politely walked out. If masks are mandatory for this shop then they should ask people when they walk in. My partner and her mother were in there the day before without a mask on and didn't get asked.

We recieved vouchers from aspects hoidays to spend here. The deli has a fantastic selection of goods....we made a great beach picnic with fresh deli nibbles it was delicious we will definitely be back for more thank you

Nice to have so many Glute Free and Coeliac friendly options for Cornish Treats. Staff very clued up with food prepared, stored and served with full knowledge of avoiding cross contamination. Nice Pasties and treats. Also have GF bread for freshly made sandwiches and a full range of fresh fruit and veg 🙌💯👏

Had the pleasure of sampling the steak pasties and cheese pasties in their gluten free and non gluten free forms last week, all of which were fantastic. To find gluten free pastries at all is rare, but of such a high standard is unheard of. Didn't try anything else but there was a lot of interesting stuff to choose from. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I can only assume the recent critical review in this area is down to churlishness as it certainly does not reflect what I found down the Allotment.

A cute little deli that does a very reasonably priced and delicious salad box for takeaway. For £4 we got a mix of coleslaw, lettuce, squash, broccoli, and lentil salads. Perfect to take down to the beach.

Really great service and a fantastic selection of food. Particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and salad box at the deli bar. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, giving us brilliant hiking advice. I look forward to coming back.

We loved this place. Fresh, tasty and reasonably priced food. The staff went out of their way to meet our requests and threw in some delicious shortbread made by one of their team. Strongly recommended.

Best place in town - fresh fruit & veg plus a big deli where you can even find some yummy #vegan #glutenfree cakes 😋 What more could you ask for?

Our friends staying brought us some steak pasties back from the deli and they were delicious. We were all catered for as gluten free was a bonus too. Lovely pastry and plenty of meat. My favourite place for pasties 😃
