The Arts Cafe Truro in Cornwall

Saturday lunch time was busy, staff were very polite and looked after everyone waiting for a table. Excellent food, well worth a visit.

The food here is amazing, the lady that runs the café is lovely too plus all the staff. They worked hard the whole time we were there. Really welcoming and comfy. They thanked every single customer as they left which is lovely. You don't get customer service like that these days.Can't wait to go back again would definitely recommend to anyone!

Love it here and very covid friendly weather permitting you can sit outside and order with the QR code. Service very fast last two times I've been here. Enjoyed getting a few craft and art supplies too.

Excellent service today sat outside at the art cafe. It was very enjoyable atmosphere and food. I had the macaroni and cheese with garlic bread and a oat milk chai latte it was delicious thankyou! The table service was great, the toilets very nice and clean! Only advice is maybe providing teapots for tea? Thankyou so much, will be back again soon!

Excellent place for a generous lunch - Quiche was excellent and my sandwich was the best I'd had for ages. Lovely coffee. Will certainly be returning

The cafe is part of the Royal Cornwall Museum building and is combined with a really first class artists materials shop which has a very comprehensive range of brushes, sketchbooks, papers, inks and paints. The cafe has two sections - an upper level with a servery that has conventional tables and the the entrance part of it that is continuous with the art shop that has sofas and is pretty relaxed and informal. The lower servery also provides the art shop counter. It is a very popular place and has breakfast and lunch menus. Good coffee and pots of tea.
