We popped in here after visiting the church for a drink. The menu looked very nice so we ordered the ploughman's to share. Wow this must be the biggest ploughman's I've seen, so much food on the platter, 3 large cheeses on the board lovely salad. Ect ect. It took the two of us to try and eat it all but what a fantastic meal.Lovely pub great beer and helpfull friendly staff.Highly recommended the ploughman's lunch.A+++++++++++++++++

Went here for Sunday lunch, great food with good portions, pleasant and speedy service. We walked here from St Ives along the coastal path great way to spend a Sunday

Cracking, warm and cozy pub. 6 of us attended for a meal and the quiz night tonight. We all had such a wonderful time, staff are friendly and very helpful. Will be coming back when we holiday here again!

Short walk from Lelant station. Chilled, friendly atmosphere. Served by two very polite and helpful staff. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Slightly pricey food but great portion size. Dog friendly. Plenty of tables and a beer garden out the back. Cute interior lighting.

Been visiting the badger for years never had a bad meal and the beers good but not sure if new staff or standards have slipped. The food was below what they usually do, steak not good and the beer what flat (lager) new barman not seen him before was also drunk he was in the functioning top up stage.Such a shame as it was a great pub.

Loved this place. Beautiful beer garden and very dog friendly. Food was excellent but I could not finish mine as it was huge. Well worth a visit

Popped in for a quick small bite and drink after our long walk on Porthkidney Beach, very friendly staff, hot food and quick service.

Didn't stay, had Sunday roast. Guy serving roast was miserable and rude. Didn't seem atall interested in anyone or anything. Abused his fellow colleague in full view of customers. Food was mediocre. Potatoes and yorkshires puddings were soggy. After asking politely we were shunned and denied an item from the menu.Been here several times and eaten and felt extremely welcome, however I can't say the same this time.

Great food, reasonable prices, great service and lovely pub. Best steak I've had for years!

Really nice pub in Lelant. We usually go here after a round of golf. The lunchtime menu was a little smaller than I remember but the quality of the produce is still top drawer. Great range of local produce and Ales too!
