Chips were nice n tasty but a large at £3.80 they were not that price range quality ...nice large shop huge range of food happy friendly staff nice chilled place defined want to try fish next time

A great find. Lovely food. Nice people.

Usually a very nice meal but bought at 6.30pm Friday evening and fish was wafer thin and dried out, the batter also so thick it looked 'doubled fried' .. it looked like 5pms refry. Never had this here before. Reluctant to return after paying almost £20 for our meal. Very disappointed.

Nice food. Not my favourite, but okay for when youre feeling lazy. Chips in my opinion are too anemic, but fam seem to like.

From London stopped over after Eden Project. The Fish and chips were delish! Really great portion size. Chips were great and the fish perfect. Was cooked on the spot. Hubby ordered for takeaway but changed mind to sit in but was told was too late as had already paid. Apart from that hiccup food was enjoyed.

Looked for the Best Fish & Chip Shop in Bodmin. Well we found it. Stopped in tonight for some Cod & Chips for the wife and myself and we sat in the car, in the car park opposite (after 1600hrs free parking). The fish was freshly cooked, piping hot and the chips were plentiful. Should we return, we will definitely return.

Warm and friendly welcome. They rearranged the tables as there were eight of us. The food was fantastic, with the chips not at all greasy which was great. Thoroughly recommend

Good value traditional fayre with all sorts of good deals. Social distancing well organised and spaced waiting/seating area. PS: sorry about incorrect photo, maybe we should rename it "The Bull Lane Fryer" lol...
