Authentic pub with good ale, friendly staff. I didn't try the food but the pizzas we saw. Locals seem to choose this and there's a good pub atmosphere. Book early if you need to eat

We really enjoyed our visit there at the end of June, 2018. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming! If you can get the two-seater table at the corner by the front windows and next to the bar, do so; it is a wonderful place for people watching.Although the curry was not my husband's most favorite, my burger with bacon and chips was awesome. The wifi was also strong, which gave us a few minutes to catch up with family and friends back in the US.If I am ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to visit this restaurant again.

Cosy pub. Serves food. Has a pool table and host quiz nights. There's a out door area with seating. Inside is modern and welcoming, the staff are friendly.

This is a pub which is just what you need in the centre of Hugh Town on St Mary's. The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff are very hardworking and service is quick and friendly. Just what you need after a day on the off-islands or on the beach. Recommend you give this pub a try - you should not be disappointed.

I wouldn't normally rave about burger in a pub, but their bishop burger was really good. Wife's scampi was also good. Prices seemed reasonable compared to other places locally. Worth having lunch here.

Great local friendly pub! Perfect location just by the water front. Welcoming and friendly staff and punters! Lovely beer garden, clean and comfortable furnishings. Family and dog friendly. Beer and food excellent!

Very tasty food & good service, but not terribly much choice.We went again a few days later, with a reserved table - the table we were given was in a busy, dark & noisy location & we were not allowed to change, even though other tables seemed to be available.
