The Boathouse in Cornwall

Amazing!We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, sat behind the wind barriers looking over the beautiful beach and all its scenery back in June 2021. Accessible toilets were available. So simple to order and love the idea you can order from each restaurant from one table and it be brought over to you. We would definitely return here again! :)

Went today. Wanted something different than a restaurant, this was a cute little find! No need to book, just found a table, ordered on the app/website and it didn’t take long for our food to be served. Had the sautéed prawns and salt &chilli squid , great portion, scrumptious taste! I would really love to try the platter for 1 next time! Overall great food, lovely view!!

Love the concept. Order food & drinks online from your table. Good service. Get there early to get a table with a good view. Nice setting overlooking the harbour. I tried El Huichol Mexican - amazing tacos, cater for dairy free. Elseafood - amazing fish & chips, mussels & squid. Decent portions & also cater for dairy free. Definitely worth visiting!

YUMM!!Before last month I didn't know that Street Food Establishments like this one existed and now I have been to my second.The Boathouse is awesome! To be able to order different types of food from different stalls and eat them with your loved ones is amazing, it just covers everyone's appetite.I ordered the Hallouminati Burger with Chips from one stall....Corn on the Cob from another and then my Fiancé ordered Fish and Chips from a different stall! Obviously you have to keep in mind that all your food might not come at the same time but on our visit there was like than 5 minutes which I think is really good.The Food tasted amazing, the corn on the cob was presented like a bouquet of flowers! Haha it was awesome. The burger was super tasty and my Fiancé enjoyed his Fish and Chips, it's his first time having locally caught fish so it was an experience.The staff were very nice, we ordered everything through an app so we didn't speak to them very much but they seemed very nice.The toilets were very clean.Now on to the surrounding area..... It is beautiful!! We went on the nearby beach before we were going as at the top of my head The Boathouse opened at 5. When you sit in at the Boathouse you can sit near the docks which is a lovely view, it was actually really special and it was actually my Highlight of visiting Newquay for the first time. The only downside is that it makes your food go a bit colder quicker but I didn't mind that as the view was lovely!If I ever go back to Newquay I will 100% go back and will be recommending it to all my friends and family if they visit Newquay as well.(Also they do Desserts but we didn't try them! )

Absolutely wonderful food. Well worth the money, and the portion size was enormous! We had the boiled seafood plater for two, and there was enough food for 3 or 4 people. J would highly recommend. There was a slight issue with payment, but I gave 5 stars for the food.

Great food and wasn’t waiting long for our food, all food ordered on the website we went there twice both times was very nice and staff very welcoming will be coming back next time we’re in the area.

Really great place to eat and chill out of. We stayed in Newquay for 5 days & we dined at the Boathouse 3 times it was so good. Our favourite was The Works Bickle Box- which was delicious, good size portion & served immediately. Our son's favourite was Pizza! But the fish& chips was also very good. Definitely highly recommended! We will be coming back :) PS. Fresh doughnuts to finish the meal off. Oh yes! ❤️

This is such a good restaurant idea, especially in the current climate. You don't need to book, although I'd recommend arriving earlier (5/6) rather than later as when we left (around 8pm) the queue for a table was insane! You can choose from a really good selection of different restaurants, the wait time wasn't that bad at all - considering how busy it was when we were there - and the food itself was such good quality! Highly recommend.

Thankful to find somewhere available for a roast, it's mixed emotions our food wasn't particularly warm. However customer service was great they offered replacements but having already eaten half it seemed unfair. Had I raised this sooner and with the great customer service and being available copper coast achieves high scores.
