Nice and friendly staff with some great food at a reasonably priced

·

Okay place, friendly staff. I had small piece of cod, wife had scampi. Comes with chips but no salad or peas or beans or tomatoes or bread and butter. Food wasnt anything special with 2 pots of tea come to nearly £30! Too expensive for a cafe.

·

Very basic chicken burger & burger, no salad just in a bun. Drinks expensive. fish & chips are nice.

·

Very very tasty food but so overpriced for what you get, and £2.15 for a NORMAL size mug of coffee that they call large 🙄🙄🤬🤬

·

Lovely fish and chips here today, freshly cooked and tasty. Friendly service with a smile too. Would highly recommend. By the way can’t understand why anyone would have an issue with being asked to wear a mask, keeps everyone safe which is the main thing.

Ordered a full English breakfast. Awful quality sausages, texture like toothpaste. Cost £12 as well. Marked up to 3 stars, cos of the friendly waitress.

After a long journey, our first night in Mevagissey, we were refused admission to the restaurant because we didn't have masks! Even though our table was 3ft from the door where we stood, July 19th brought freedom day, where we live in Coventry, and everywhere else in England for that matter, masks are optional, but sadly, this local business take it upon themselves to continue the restrictions which every business suffered during the pre-vaccination days, we feel we were discriminated due to not being aware these measures were kept in place as we weren't even offered a mask by the restaurant, treating tourists like this is totally unacceptable, and I really hope, the local businesses that allow the option of masks as per government guidelines prosper , as they are the ones who really deserve to .

DEDICATED TO SERVING A MASSIVE QUEUE OF PEOPLE AND STAYED WELL BEYOND CLOSING TIME.The fish and chips were delicious, probably one of the best I've had. Staff were great and we were very appreciative that they stayed open to serve everyone as the rest of the town had many closed restaurants due to covid.

Very over priced, the food was underwhelming. We had a cooked breakfast, £1.50 extra for a tiny additional portion of mushrooms. Egg was solid toast burnt and the table was sticky and grimy. We won't be returning

It was ok .. at least it had somewhere to sit away from the gulls and the tables were clean but I my medium cod was more of a small and my hubby's large cod was more of a medium .. it was a little underwhelming
