As a pub this might have more stars but as a place to stay (as we did), I’m sure we could find better (cleaner, more inviting, more comfortable) somewhere nearby for same price.

Did feel rested, many things could have been better. The owner was a very nice lady who ensured we got a good breakfast but i did not feel rested at this hotel..

I'm currently here with my small child and I just want to go home but its the middle of the night. I've never been to Truro before and I'm by myself with an infant. I wasn't greeted very friendly, no hello or anything, the lady was quite rude, wanted me to go into a bar area full of drunk people. No thankyou. No where on my booking did it say I'd have loads of stairs to climb or that my room would be really dusty or that the shower door would be broken every time you open it or that the shower plug would be really mouldy but the biggest thing for me was I asked for a travel cot for my infant, there wasn't one. There was an option which I clicked. So there's no where safe for him to sleep so I've had to move the bed against the wall and the dusty drawers and the lampshade which the top is broken so could of hit my son in the face. And we have only been here 2 hours, what else could go wrong? ;-(

Decent selection of beers and a very warm and friendly welcome alongside a pleasant atmosphere... Recommended.

Thoroughly lovely room, friendly welcome and great breakfast. No evening meal was available but that didn't detract from my short stay.

Lovely and friendly landlady. Comfortable and well maintained rooms with a hearty breakfast. There is some limited parking. We managed to get a space every day we were there

Drive past every day and have never been in until tonight. Last pub open in Truro.Had a lovely pint by the fire along with a hearty bowl of slow cooked beef stew. Just £2.50 and absolutely delicious.Welcoming and warm, with a lovely host, Sonia... we will be returning as soon as we can.

It needs to sort out the cĺeontel out side of a lovely pub the landlady did a great job. Holding Italy together. One personWho I understand is hard from every pub in truro who I believe is a spurs supporterRuined. My experience of what would have been a great experience. I will stop, there.
