The Dancing Taipan Restaurant in Cornwall

Went here with my wife for a nice meal and heard good things about the 'All You Can Eat', however, the vegetarian options are extremely limited and we were left feeling ripped off after we basically paid £21 for 3 lettuce leaves and a tiny plate of vegetables too fill them with.The decor is very dated and dirty in places too. Wasn't overly impressed. The waitress staff were absolutely lovely tho. Quite possibly the restaurants only redeeming quality.

I had all you can eat, great food. Staff friendly it’s been here years. Never knew about it as we used I visit family for over 30 years. Next time we are down will invite friends from Bude who we visited today.

A lovely place to go for a group meal or just as a couple. The waitressinh staff are so lovely and friendly. They are a credit to The Dancing Taipan restaurant 😊. The food is hot and delicious. The only negative they do not serve prawn crackers as part of your meal x

Absolutely appalling staff. Language and manners from the young blonde was horrific. Pushy,and unprofessional. Food was ok but staff need training

Wish we had found this place at the beginning of our holiday, excellent dinner banquet, all food cooked superbly, hot and flavoursome, staff and service was faultless. Highly recommended a visit

Eight years ago my friend and I came here for dinner and was enjoying our meal I had to repeatedly stand between courses and pull out some lunges whilst my friend had a case of mild facial paralysis. Later after some wine we were less embarrassed about the strange movements but there were some strange looks being thrown at us. Highly recommend 👌

Ordered food, timing was really good but they messed up the whole order. Phoned them to tell them and they told us we didn’t order the things that were missing (we defiantly did ask for them). They refused to re cook. We’ve had to go from st eval to wadebridge twice because they refused to deliver the correct order or put it right. Won’t go again

Great warm welcome, very good choice of dishes & set menus. We opted for a set menu. Food is ok, I have had better. Had a pleasant evening.

Love it here. All you can eat extremely good value. However, the last couple of times the service has been below par. Long waits for food.
