Had a 'Lode' brekkie. Cooked very well and presented well, happy and pleasant staff. Reasonable prices and plenty of parking.

Went on a Monday for lunch. I seem to recall only open from 10am until 4pm. No fire or central heating was on it was freezing with zero atmosphere. Toilets were like a freezer. As a table of 3, all 3 of our different meals that we ordered were dry, over cooked and tough. Thats prawns to fish to gammon. Maybe a bad day to go, maybe better in the summer. Sorry team it was really poor despite cheerful service.

Lovely place, friendly and helpful staff but more importantly great food.We were visiting from a long distance away and found this place online with the expectations it should be okay, maybe even a little better than okay.6 of us dined, all different meals, couple of starters, few desserts and it was all perfectly cooked and well presented. No one left anything, well other than a couple of chips or some salad was the portions were also very wholesome.Will certainly visit again when down this way.

What a fantastic find. We originally went to another place but left as they were so rude. Decided to have a drive to find somewhere else. We came across this gem.Very busy but the staff were still polite and helpful.We had the breakfasts. 1 Stonker which is huge. 1 large, also big. 1 large veggie and 1 small veggie breakfast. All delicious and satisfying.You should try the twix milkshake ;)Choice of sitting inside or outside. Under cover or in the sunshine.There's a small park/play area.If you're in a wheelchair you will be able to go inside on the ground floor or under cover outside.Cracking place. Highly recommend.I would suggest you book if you're intending on visiting Sunday afternoon as a fair few table's inside were reserved.
