Fabulously indulgent milkshake, efficiently served by friendly Barbara in informal but comfortable surroundings. Well worth a visit.

Booked at table today for 1pm. Arrived promptly and given a list of a few things that weren’t available as it was their last day before closing for 6 weeks (fish fingers and sourdough). Ordered 2 full Cornish breakfasts and a veggie breakfast (nothing too extravagant in terms of ingredients). After 36 minutes of waiting the waitress came out an informed us they’d run out of bacon and granary bread - it took 36 minutes to tell us that! Given bacon is a pretty fundamental part of the breakfast and by this point I was very angry we decided to count out loses and get pasty’s. To be fair to the owner he was apologetic and they gave us our coffees and drinks for free but as I pointed out, a better response would have been to go 50 yards up the road to Tesco and spend £2 on a pack of bacon - at least this would have kept the customers happy. As it stands this business has 3 very unhappy customers and a bad review. I get that these guys were closing for 6 weeks and it was their last day but if you can’t give all customers a decent experience then it would be better not to let them book a table.

"Full Vegan Breakfast"; this was a pleasant surprise when on the hunt for brunch in Penzance. I loved the food and the design of the cafe. Staff were very friendly, too. By the way, check out their crazy/artsy upside-down bathroom when you go in!

Lovely little cafe, dog friendly and great food. Just make sure you have the jaws of a python before tackling their club sandy

·

Very friendly place with fun unique decor. We had a veggie and a vegan breakfast both of which were very nice. They also had oat milk for our flat whites. Recommended.

Lovely little restaurant/cafe. Went for breakfast one day and a coffee another day, as it was really nice. Very busy, but expected when it's good food and drink. We sat outside as its a lovely quaint area. Would highly recommend!

On arrival we asked if dogs were allowed in and they said yes so in we went.We were first seated upstairs then told dogs were not permitted upstairs so was taken downstairs. The waitress tried her best to accommodate us but had to re- seat another table to enable us to be seated. The other customers were rude to us because of this.Once seated we were informed of a list of items that were not available from the menu, chips, salad, breakfast items etc etc. At this point we really should have left but we were hungry but it seemed OK.The waitress took our drinks order and when she bought them back took our food order. Only then did she mention a slight wait.Well an hour later and the place had even closed the doors, we still did not have our food. A slight delay is maybe 20 - 30 minutes not an hour and a half. To give them the benefit of doubt we waited and the food arrived and was disappointing to say the least.Tapas is basically all we were resulted to and scraps from the kitchen is what we got. Kitchen staff moaning and not compassion fro the staff.Bad service, a waist of money, the place being run by inexperienced adolescents. Not a good experience and disappointing as it was a recommendation. Will not be returning.

Lovely place with great vegan breakfast not too pricey £25 for 2 coffee and 2 breakfast. However would be 5 stars but coffees were quite small, but amazing quality coffee. You have to try it!
