Budget comfort food and real ales served in a spacious, modern chain pub with stripped-back decor.

Usual value and choice of the chain, hard working staff, it just lacks the typical atmosphere. The best value and choice of beers in the town.

It was okay, not the best Wetherspoons I have been too. They looked short staffed which led to a messy table, messy floor and a messy toilet. The food was average too, with the Alfredo pasta portion being very small. I don't often leave bad reviews however I would only probably give a 5 out of 10. We won't be revisiting again I'm afraid.

Don't bother. Only person at the bar two ladies serving apparently. Just waited, gave up went the Golden Lion served instantly. Or the Queens is also round the corner. Both serve decent pints. Other decent pubs also available in St. Ives.

Went there this evening with our small dog, to be told āitās company policy not to allow dogsā , I asked the manager who agreed that the policy was ridiculous as he said in the summer he gets so many complaints⦠I asked why is it the policy - he said to do with āFood Hygieneā⦠? How can all other food places allow dogs and have ratings of 5 in St Ives ? But a big chain not - how pathetic.. !!! Think Weatherspoons needs to be more about the local area - anyway Your loss !!

I went in for breakfast today (27.12.21) and asked the manager if he was still serving breakfast which had already finished. Him and the chef went out of their way to make me some breakfast with excellent customer service! Very polite and i will be returning frequently. Thanks.....

Hard working, pleasant member of staff. He was clearly run off his feet.Coped really well in a polite, friendly professional manner. Visited the afternoon of Mon 15th November 2021.Prices are great as always. No atmosphere & needs an internal refurb.

Typical spoons, free WiFi. Friendly service. Cheap prices £2 for a pint of Doom bar £2.15 for the guest ales..

This Wetherspoons was an okay experience.Surprisingly, the prices, food, and drink quality were of similarities to Wetherspoons in other parts of the country which was great. However, the restaurant is quite a dark place and can become a claustrophobic environment when it is busy. Additionally, although the staff were friendly, all seemed too busy talking to provide a full service. I was having to ask multiple times for service or queries whilst there.

A pleasant Wetherspoon in St Ives. Standard menu for food, except for the insertion of a couple of Cornish dishes such as the Cornish pasty. Two floors, upstairs with high ceilings. Families welcome, good service and quality of food gives a reasonable lunch venue cause for consideration. Did not see a lift present, however bar on both floors. Would recommend.
