The Meat Counter in Cornwall

Gorgeous burgers. Freshly made and grilled. Really tasty and good value. Staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Attractive interior and nice covered seats outside. Lovely. Happy to host dogs too and even gave pooch a biscuit.

Incredible food. Cool staff, very polite. I got no napkins with the food which was a little inconvenient as I had already started to eat. The bathroom hand dryer was also not working or I just couldn't figure it out. I'd definitely go here again and recommend it for anyone looking for some nice burgers

Music was country and western, which I enjoyed.Taco was really enjoyable.Vegan milkshake was super tasty.I had the chicken burger, it was a bit to hot in spice for me, not overally enjoyable. I do wish I opted for the beef.They make every fresh. The place was pretty smokey from the grill to sit in.The server didn't bother to ask if we wanted drinks when we got in. I was in ear shot when they said, nah they have just got in and then continued to have a conversation, which did suck as the smoke was at the back of my throat.I probably wouldn't choose this place again to sit in and eat, but if I am passing I will probably grab a taco to go.

The two of us that had the chicken burger had stomach ache shortly afterwards, didn't eat anything before this meal either. The other person that had the beef burger felt fine. Its a bit of a disappointment as we loved the food! Just not the after effect

Fantastic food and a great place.What a great find this place was!Definitely one of those little gems you come across that gives you what you need and some things you didn’t know you needed. Great menu and lovely flavour in the burgers.Well done all.

Wow, great burgers, best I've had. Fair price also, nice decor and music. Realy friendly and attentive staff, and all so enthusiastic about what they do. 100% would recommend.

Absolutely amazing food and the service was so friendly. The vegan burger was mind blowing, definitely coming again next time we're here. Loved that the female toilet had a little mug full of sanitary products in case you get caught out by your menstrual cycle!Only negative was the Cajun fries, there was too much of the Cajun spice (big clumps of it were left at the bottom of my dish) and they didn't taste any better than the plain fries.

Absolutely love meat counter, one of the best burgers you'll have! I normally have the notorious BIG burger, with mac and cheese and fries. Highly recommend

Best burger I've had in Cornwall! Staff were really friendly and fast service! The loaded chips were absolutely delicious! Generous portions, great value for money! Can't wait to go again!
