Went in here Sunday lunchtime, lovely place with lovely flowers. The tables are well set out with brollys to shade you from the sun, which we actually needed.I had a sausage baguette which came with salad and crisps, OH had a jacket potato with tuna and red onion also with salad. Husband had a pot of tea, and I had a couple of glasses of merlot.Lovely attentive staff, very helpful and efficient, plus reasonable prices too!!Would highly recommend!

We visited this lovely little place twice this week, once just for drinks and once for lunch. Very friendly staff, generous portions and good quality food.Definitely good value for money and would absolutely return. The dog treats are a nice touch as well, kept our good girl very happy!

We stumbled upon this walking through the streets. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The range of food is great including the usual sandwiches, baguettes, Jackets and cream teas. Reasonably priced and prompt service. Worth a stop and you’ll leave full and satisfied.

The tea room is absolutely stunning and in a gorgeous location. The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and extremely polite. They were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely visit again without a doubt :)

Very disappointed with the sconesconsidering there are such good reviews on here. Certain they weren’t home made and they had been heated up in the microwave, rather than an oven so they were too soft. Not a good consistency. Too cakey and spongey. Not like a traditional scone. Neither did they serve full fat milk, only semi/skimmed. Full fat is far healthier and more nutritious. Staff were very nice and friendly however.

Polperro in the heat of summer is a glorious place, the narrow streets, and hoards of people, are wonderful however every now and then, you have to seek a little respite, The Plantation Restaurant is ideal, with outside seating and super cream teas, what more can you ask.It was really busy on the day we visited but we got a table in the shade. The staff were clearly working extremely hard, with a steady stream of customers.Lots brag that they have the "best cream teas" in Cornwall. There are no such brash claims here, but they certainly could without question make such claims.

Amazing cream tea!! We had a lovely lunch at this restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful and was one of the highlights from Polperro.Thank you guys and keep it up :)

Slow service, but food was a*. Slow service wouldn't have been an issue if we had put more than 3 hours on the carpark, waited 45 mins for food to arrive, after a 20 minute wait to order. Beautiful setting though
