Went for a curry with my daughter last night, was really good. The Railway has improved so much since Dave and Nikki took over a few weeks ago. It's what a proper pub should be - well worth a visit.

Visited here on the last night of our holiday, the website does not reflect the pub all. The pictures make it seem bright and airy but it’s the complete opposite.Unfortunately the food wasn’t very good (not home made pizza as staff said, microwaved prawns on a tasteless curry). We had to move seats due to a very unhygienic person near us. Also a local family say near us who were horrible to their child.Overall I definitely would not recommend this place, do not be fooled by their snazzy website!

Just been to the pub open the door to be yelled at and snatched out of my hand by very rude landlord I asked if they were open it was 1208 pm he yelled at me NO I asked oh what time you open he yelled. At 12 30 I would not ever go there so so rude

A friendly welcome and a perfectly cooked rump steak on first arrival in St. Agnes. Better half says her veggie burger excellent. It wasn't on the menu that night but they cooked it for her nonetheless.

Brilliant food, really friendly staff. A proper local place with a big garden, dog friendly too. Really recommend!

Service was friendly, really lovely people. Food amazing!! Food amazing. Pizza so fresh. Well worth a visit.

Absolute shocking ordered our food and waited and a hour and a half. Asked the barman he said there was a wait on the food and we should of been told which we wasn't. The staff are all eating crisps behind the bar not very hygienic during covid as well. I ended up getting a refund for my food because I couldn't wait any longer. Definitely won't come back here ever

Really tasty food - the steak and ale pie is clearly hand formed and local, much much better than expected and a really good meal. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A proper Cornish pub!

One of the two pubs in the High town. Not the greatest, needs a revamp inside and some of the staff need some customer service training. We've visited several times over the past few years and have remained unimpressed, mainly due to the indifference of some of the bar staff who prefer to talk with their locals than give visitors some attention.Foodwise, have not eaten there, but have seen some of the dishes on offer - which looked good and seem reasonably priced.

A lovely dog friendly pub, pretty quiet companies to other local pubs it warm and welcoming staff. Seems like a very laidback atmosphere! A massive selection of beers on tap and some great ales available too. The beer garden is perfectly placed and really tidy, there’s also some great astroturf!
