The Snooty Fox in Cornwall

Its a motel. We were under the impression it was a pub and there would be food available. There isn't. The nearest place to get food and drinks is in looe, 10 mins away. There isn't a fridge or any cooking facilities so it is literally just a room. They come and clean the room every day and change the sheets/ towels etc and are very helpful and amenable. We needed an extension lead for the medical equipment as there are limited plug sockets and the owner came straight away and sorted it out for us. It is OK for what it is, but we were slightly disappointed as we wrongly assumed the pub was on site and available

It's OK for stay over. About 100 a night for a room in summer holidays, tried looe but some charging 200 a night mad, but remember it's just motel with no food facility's or bar etc.

Very rude owner. Rooms clean but electrics didn't work properly. Window on ground floor didn't open for fire route escape. Overpriced for room only compared to other venues in surrounding area. Bed mattresses in both rooms shot unfortunately after 2 nights went home with bad back and shoulders. Shame as handy for visiting family but never again. Very unfriendly service.
