The Tavern Inn in Cornwall

Was finding it difficult to find anywhere to eat and came across this pub by accident. Absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic, some restaurants don't even meet these standards. Can't praise the staff, food, pub and location enough. Impressive doesn't cover it. Thanks guys

Very welcoming staff, cosy pub, dog friendly. Great selection of drinks and really tasty food. Would definitely visit again!

Unspoilt village pub set in a nice garden with a small outdoor play area for the small kids, Friendly staff, and lovely food.ample car parking.

It's was lovely they made us feel very welcome even though they where full they found us a table. The food was great hot fresh really nice, we will be back. Sadly we only got to hear the band setting up and not the gig every Saturday at 9.30 I believe. Well worth a visit great pub !

The Tavern is always warm and welcoming when we visit. The staff always greet us with a smile and are super friendly. The food is delicious and there is lots of variety too. The restrooms are very clean and spacious.

Good menu choice I didn't eat in main bar area but option of table drink service which was excellent x

We had a lovely meal on a Monday night - 2 adults and 3 children. Lots of choice, and really tasty. A lovely atmosphere, and a looked-after place to eat and drink. We had chili, steak, and curry. Definitely recommend eating here.

We called here whilst on holiday in Newquay. What a pub really good food, large portions , and friendly staff. Open mic night so really entertaining. A definite must call in.

Great food very freindly staff found this by accident we was struggling to get something to eat as lots of people only taking bookings .The pub is off the main road with lots of parking and nice gardens front and rear .Looked very popular when we arrived and food was great with a large menu avalable along with a Sunday carvery we will definitely be returning .The dishes we orderd was mixed grill and chicken bacon and mushroom tagliatelle off the specials board

Visited on a Tuesday for lunch had a wonderful mixed grill very tasty. The staff were very pleasant too. There is a nice sized outside area and plenty of indoor seating too. I would highly recommend visiting for a tasty meal.
