Must say I like Witherspoons but this 1? Nice place friendly staff polite and helpful, but ordering food they had hardly anything available? And the same with the drinks, couldn't believe it several people left while I was by the bar trying to order something ( food and drinks ) but we just ended up settling for second best, there was no sauce, salt ect overall very disappointing!

Heard some negative things about here but always had a really nice experience at this spoons.Staff are friendly and quick, food has also been quick and good!What more can I say, above average spoons although I’m sure it could get too busy in the summer.

Brilliant Wetherspoons in Newquay, new menu again, curry night back on, great atmosphere, value for money and friendly staff.

You need to avoid this place if you want to wait almost 40-45 mins for breakfast. Both days we visited the place it was very quiet. When the rest of the party arrived it had gotten a lot more busy. We warned them that the food we orderd took so long to get to us so they decided not to order.Average looking place for a wetherspoons. The staff didn't seem bothered at all, but I don't blame them. Summer is approaching and the industry is reeling at its knees due to decades and decades of workers being underpaid and overworked. Why would you want to work here for minimum wage?The large breakfast which I had both times was poor. Undercooked eggs, cold bacon, bread that pretends to be toast and hash browns that are anemiac; all cooked fresh to sit on the pass (under the hot lights) for the staff to ignore for another 25 mins before picking it up and dumping it in front of you with a weak "sorry for the delay". Yeah right...My best bet is that if you do take a risk and come in and order food. I suggest you order two weeks ahead as it may knock 5 mins of your wait time. Then again it may not.Just avoid. Plenty of other independent pubs around newquay that deserve your money.

Bustling and a bit noisy. Too many children screaming at 7pm and not behaving whilst their parents were taking no notice.Also, parents changing baby nappies on the table next to us while we were eating.No excuse, why weren't they asked by staff to use the baby changing facilities available?? Hopefully better next time!

Great 'spoons. Good selection of beer which changes on a regular basis.

Food was delicious but cleanliness of cutlery and tables could've been better

Busy busy town centre Wetherspoons. It goes down hill further on during the day.. usual gripe, un cleared, dirty tables. But in fairness, the food is good and the staff friendly enough. It's okay.
