Excellent food, drink and service. Dog friendly

Stayed here overnight, as we were catching the ferry to the Scilly isles first thing in the morning. Helpful, friendly staff, and a good breakfast.

A nice place. It's a little dated but it's an old place. It was very clean and our room was spacious. We didn't have the evening meal, but the cooked breakfast, sausage, egg bacon and beans was very nice. There's a vegetarian breakfast also. The staff were friendly.We had a sea view from which you could see for miles. It's situated on the sea front and only a few minutes walk from the main area of shops, pubs cafés and restaurants. The Jubilee Pool is just across the road.I would recommend this place to stay..

Small room, could have done without the wardrobe cramping it up. Basic but functional, comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was great and staff were lovely. Dog friendly.

Nice staff and being a woman travelling by myself felt safe. Food was excellent and room clean and comfortable. Like staying here when travelling to and from home.

Cool art deco pub; very pleasant staff. Food was very good for what it was.

It's an old school social club in decor but lots of nice beers and ciders, and the garden was okay. As pubs go, this one was pretty nice.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great location, very clean room and comfortable beds. Customer service exceeded all our expectations, we will definitely be back again. Best ever vegetarian breakfasts, must try it.

The Yacht is a great place to come and sit on a summers day for a pint or two. It has a beer garden out back as well as seats out front. When it was open they were running probably one of the best local table services. Only criticism is that it's quite expensive, a Thatchers is over £4!
