Just had my first encounter at this amazing place. We were met by the owner who was warm and welcoming. Order consisted of cream tea (of course) red velvet cake and carrot cake. Super fast service and then wowzer. Just the best scones and cakes we've ever had. Drinks were excellent too. This place is just so great and I'm going to come back lots. If you want an epic cream tea or tasty moist cakes in a lovely setting, with first class hosts, then this is a must visit.

Absolutely superb. Cornish Cream Teas for me and the wife, take out cakes and cheese scone, all brilliant. The owner was great to chat to about the food he makes. Can't recommend enough, please search it out!

Friendly, small family run cafe set in the garden of the farm. Everything homemade from the jam, cakes, scones all delicious and very tasty delivered with zeal and passion. So good I bought jam and scones to take home. The portions were generous, no problem providing squash instead of tea for one of our party including a bottle of water in the heat. Exceptional value. Would highly recommend seeking this place out off the beaten track.

We were made so very welcome at the Lanyon Tea Room after our walk around the local area. The owners are so friendly, helpful and caring. Had two delicious cream teas and carrot cake. All perfect. Even our little dog was welcomed and given his own treats. No rushing and plenty of time to chat - a rare find. Thank you both very much - we will be back.

Lovely tea room in a great spot with friendly owners. We had a fab cream tea - the best of three we had in our week away! Lovely inside although we chose to be outside in the garden looking out over the hills to the sea.
