"The pub is open for breakfast until 12 noon and offers free refills (all day every day) on tea and Lavazza coffee. For lunch and dinner, there are lighter bites, with deli deal options and vegetarian choices, gourmet burgers and freshly made pizzas. Wetherspoon has championed a wide range of drinks, including real ales, craft beers, gins and soft drinks. Table service is available via the Wetherspoon app, using our unlimited free Wi-Fi. This pub has step-free access."

The place was nice and clean. And we didn't have to wait to long for the good food. And the food was nice and taste

Lovely food. And the service was so quick. I love the fact I got free refills on my coffee, as someone who doesn't drink and doesn't like fizzy drinks, having free refills on coffee and tea was brilliant. Only downside was the toilets were not as clean as I would of liked. But everything else was brilliant.

Friendly staff and well placed in the centre of Truro. Serves Skinners ale from Truro's excellent Brewery. Good value menu.

A great Wetherspoons in a great location. The service and the food is good. However, the only criticism is that the staff need to keep on top of table cleaning in between customers. I would say this is a problem with most Wetherspoons I have visited.

Went there for lunch 31st December with my partner, tables and floor were messy. Food arrived very quickly but it was luke warm, neither of us enjoyed it. Half hour after eating it I had a very bad stomach and had to rush to the nearest toilet. Will never eat there again very bad experience.

It's an okay Weatherspoons. Stopped in for breakfast. Toast was cold, the rest of the food could have done with being cooked a little longer. All in all not revolting but we've definately had far better ones. Positive note is the free refills on the coffee.

Cheap and cheerful, fast and friendly service with basic food and drinks. Good venue to then go onto the cinema which is just across the road. We were lucky as went on a Friday evening not anticipating how busy it would be but still managed to get a table. It did turn out to be noisy but then obviously a popular place for younger people on a Friday night. I've been before during the week for lunch and much quieter.

I have been in this pub a few times whilst visiting Truro but only at lunchtime. It is a typical Wetherspoons in a prime location alongside the pedestrian area of Lemon Quay, Truro and it is a deceptively large pub.On the last occasion I visited the pub for lunch with my wife on market day. The pub was very busy and it was clear that the staff were at full stretch. I ordered two meals via the Wetherspoons App and our meals, with drinks, arrived very quickly, almost too quickly.I had the large mixed grill and my wife had the fish and chips. My first impression of the mixed grill was that it smaller than normal with a miniature baked potato but it tasted fine. My wife's fish and chips appeared over cooked and it she said that it was chewy and not very nice. It was either over cooked or it had been reintroduced to the deep fat fryer to reheat it. My wife isn't one to complain and by returning the meal she would end up eating on her own. However, when the waitress asked how our meal was she did point out that it was over cooked and was not very pleasant. She had eaten what she could. The waitress, who was excellent and faultless, approached the manager(ess) who stated that nothing could be done as my wife had eaten the meal. It is a fair point and we did not seek any recompense. We generally deal with poor quality by way of feedback. The waitress did offer a free drink but my wife refused as she didn't want one.I regard Wetherspoons as a gamble. Sometimes the food is excellent and of great value and sometimes you just get what you pay for.We will be gambling on another location for lunch in Truro in future.

Lovely place, came down for my birthday weekend and we ended up coming here on the Saturday eve. Staff were so friendly. Drinks were affordable. Just a shame places cant play music or anything with the covid restrictions
