I find it amazing how the person behind the bar(she knows who she is)finds any lame excuse for a bad review but never says thanks for a good one .She talks a load of rubbish and the food IS as bad as they make out it's terrible and before she replies to this 1 star because zero not available. Her reply will be a pack of lies as usual. Go on a course for anger management and how to cook properly

I was very impressed with the vegan menu. The vegan "fish" and chips were delicious. The banana blossom that made up the fish was a generous size, well cooked and tender. I would definitely have it again.Lovely staff, nice cozy pub, ticks all the boxes

A wonderful cosy little pub with some good #vegan options.I had the vegan burger and it was delicious. I chose the potatoe fries instead of the sweet potato fries it came with. Others in my family has vegan fish and chips and the vegan enchiladas. All was accompanied by the excellent Betty Stog vegan beer.Great Service, Great Food, Great Beer, Great Pub.

Great evening in The Turks Head Inn. Great food menu and plenty of choice of ale on tap. Staff were super friendly and attentive also

If you want good beer, and attentive bar staff this is a fine pub. No complaints at all.I had lunch with the wife. Seafood pie and seafood enchiladas. Tasty, no complaints. But for fifteen quid a pop the portion sizes were poor. One very small dish with mostly white fish, the shellfish was…….still in the Atlantic.Hence the three stars, lovely place. Good beer, and excellent barman. Meals could be better.

Such a great old school boozer. Friendly staff and an environment which is still authentic for the oldest pub in penzance. Lovingly looked after without losing an ounce of character. You can feel part of history just by being in here, it's a lovely atmosphere. Apparently the food is great too but we just had beers.

Great to see a pub still running after 800 years. It was nice and clean but it looked like it got busy for meals so it's definitely worth booking.

·

Very good vegan options. The vegan fish was very spherical so would've been okay for someone who is gluten intolerant to pick around the batter.

Very old school traditional pub, very modern tasty food. This place has a great vegan menu served by lovely staff. The vegan fish and chips (banana blossom) was probably the best I’ve had. A lovely little beer garden kept us warm and cosy. Really tasty non-vegan food too.

A very well run pub which is busy even though it’s not situated very centrally. The menu is good and there are plenty of vegan options. The staff are very friendly and serve you as quickly as possible despite it being busy. The food is very tasty, no complaints from me!Definitely would recommend this pub for food and drinks, just don’t leave it too late or you might find it’s full.
