Fantastic, charming little pub. Best meal I have had for a long time. Lovely chowder to start followed by a delicious steak and the Sundae to finish.

Food was lovely and so was the lady that greeted us on arrival. The only reason I dropped a star was the service, the girl who served us didn't look like she wanted to be there and we were left for ages when we wanted more drinks and desserts. We, and a couple of other tables ended up going to the bar eventually to pay rather than order anything else.

Very good food, I had the burger which was delicious, good friendly service. Nice cosy pub, we were lucky to get a table next to the log burner fire which was very warming. Good choice of real ale. Good car park space. Would recommend.

Really cosy little pub , very good menu choice and good wine selection. I had Thai red seafood curry, delicious! Partner had steak and chips. Will definitely return. Reasonably priced.

I have gone past this pub hundreds of times over the past 15 years when visiting my dad, myself and my family are stying at a camp site down the road this week so thought we would give it a quick go. Staff are great and very welcoming, the atmosphere is lovely and the food is delicious. We will definitely be back again and my only regret is that I didn't go here sooner!

The food here is absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend this place. Also nice for drinks with a nice cosy vibe and outdoor seating area. The staff are lovely and helpful. The waitress even showed my friend how to dismantle a shrimp as she was unsure how to eat them after ordering the seafood pasta. She really went above and beyond with her friendly service and its something I love to see when I visit places. Thanks for the great experience!

We had a great day at Camel Creek, friendly place, well maintained with rides for all the family. You can pay £4.50 per person for return ticket within 2 weeks of visit. Would recommend.

Fantastic food, atmosphere, and friendly staff.We ordered the baked camembert with crostini to start, seafood pasta and rump steak for main, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. We had our 18 month old daughter with us and she was looked after beautifully, with the waitress offering to send her food or with our starter. Food arrived quickly, nothing was too much trouble, service was quick and attentive.If I was being really picky, the food lacked some seasoning but we remedied this ourselves. All in all, it's so nice to find a pub with a relaxed atmosphere that serves up great quality food and has super friendly service.So glad we found this gem on our holiday.
