We have enjoyed coming to Valley park for nearly two decades now. It is a wonderful family run site. The bar/ clubhouse used to be very good too.However, the bar/ clubhouse is no longer being run/ managed by Valley Park. It has been sub let.And the new proprietor? APPALLING customer service. She is at best disinterested, and at worst, plain rude.Nevertheless the young bar staff are excellent. Perhaps she could learn from them.

Absolutely brilliant food, definitely one of the best places we found to eat in polzeath with two fussy children, breakfast pancakes are amazing! Good prices too.
