Lovely staff, great food.

Always an excellent carvery with an extensive choice of vegetables. Could be a bit hotter sometimes though. Perhaps provide a microwave.

Popped in totally unannounced, was alloted a table, no qualms whatsoever. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was lovely and even though it was early on in the day the place wasn't overcrowded. The only gripe I had was the drinks didn't arrive until we has nearly finished our meal, apparently the cold river cider is a slow pourer? Anyways it didn't upset the day, and yes I would go againThanks for a yummy carvery

Found this restaurant,after walking around the town and the few places that were opened, were booked. The Wheelhouse saved my dinner deliciously, mussels and the sea food chower were really good, tasty. The staff was courteous, and friendly..Will come back again. BTW, they had a live band that made the night, most enjoyable.."mucho ritmo" to a Sat., night

Situated within The Lugger Hotel, this nautically themed seafront eatery has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly & helpful, while the food is very nice with a good selection of seafood on the menu.

Just had to leave a review after seeing people unhappy with the pizza. It's delicious! Sorry it's not a chewy, crunchy supermarket type base. It's a beautiful, homemade traditional Napoli thing! Lovely toppings too.

Wide choice of dishes, well cooked. Friendly and helpful but if you don't like lot of chilli, check that your dish of choice doesn't contain any - the menu doesn't always say. Watch out for marauding sea gulls if you sit outside.
