Booked tonight, again, for our dear friends 60th birthday and once again a superb evening. Cannot fault the staff here they go above and beyond to make everytime special and the food is fantastic. Thankyou you all. 22/03/22.

To be quite honest, the stay itself wasn’t too bad. Lovely hotel, lovely staff. However, and this is a HUGE however, the aftercare service is the most abysmal customer service experience of my life. I can not stress enough how terrible an experience I had.So, where to begin, I initially booked the hotel via booking.com and paid the initial fee via a holding payment due to be taken from my card upon arrival, upon arrival I was then charged again which I knew to be wrong but thought I’d just deal with it the following day. I spoke to the ‘manager’ if you could call her that, who assured me I would be refunded the second amount taken on the Monday, it was the Sunday morning at the time, now come Thursday the same week, they’d charged me AGAIN another two lots of the overall amount, meaning I’d been charged 4 times for one night. Someone explain? Because the manager sure couldn’t, wouldn’t speak to me over the phone and kept telling me I was being refunded to which I had/have absolutely no trust. I would not recommend staying here as the price certainly isn’t the price, god knows how many times they’ll decide to charge you. An absolute shambles. Disgusting customer service.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Everything was thought about, staff were always on hand to help. The rooms were lovely, as was the bar and the atmosphere. A huge selection of drinks and lots of traditional delicious food. In particular Andrew and Adil were Absolutely fantastic. I would staying here to anyone visiting the area!

Very welcoming Hotel. Lovely staff, lovely food not overly expensive. Nice bar and lounge to relax in. Lovey dining room. Very good breakfast. Adil is fantastic and very attentive to detail. In fact all round a very pleasant stay.

Lovely traditional pub and hotel with a great atmosphere. Had the Sunday roast here and it has always been excellent in size and quality, with succulent beef and superb roasties and lots of veg. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Been here just for a meal, lovely and helpful staff, specially Adil and Larissa, apparently the only two hard workers from the place, once the lady behind the reception was just worried about having a coke from the bar.But I still don't understand why we booked a spot and with so much space and tables available, they sat us near the most creepy person in town. Oh, congratulations to the chef, i've had the best Eton Mess in the world thanks to him.

Friendly staff, best fish and chips ever. Warm and relaxing lounge.. let down by the room, inadequate shower, just a dribble. Room itself needed a refurbishment.

Booked in for Sunday lunch taking the veggie option, Nut Roast. Could not begin to fault it, tasty, hot and with three portion choices. (We went for small which we found ample as we are both of a certain age! Staff very friendly and attentive. In the area and looking for a well priced and decent Sunday roast - The White Hart is the place to head for.

Hotel lovely. Food very good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, huge comfortable bed. Ironing board, iron and hairdryer supplied.Had breakfast every morning good choice. The evening meal we had was gorgeous, my meat pie tasted homemade. Best place to stay in St Austall. We used this hotel as a great base to visit other areas.

Nice place. Wonderful, friendly helpful staff. Bar staff were amazing. Rooms lovely n clean and a good size. Fabulous breakfast. Me, my son and daughter all had own rooms. Son's shower wasn't great tho and he didn't sleep well due to noise from main road. But myself and daughter were fine.
