Yak and Yeti in Cornwall

A real gem of a place. Hosted a romantic secret birthday meal for the mrs here and they were very cooperative and helpful in receiving the cake from the supplier, looking after it and presenting it with a song on the day.The food itself is a beautiful mixture of Nepal and India. Being raised on Indian food, it was a great experience trying somewhat familiar dishes with Nepalese invention. Every dish landed with vibrant colours, fragrant spices and deep rich flavours.The staff were great, super considerate and the fun type of chatty. We had a fantastic time. Thanks for the memories Yak & Yeti!

Amazing food, cozy homely vibe and warm hosts. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes to try good food.

Service is good. Disappointingly the the food lacked flavour, was bland and peppery and overpriced. Yak & Yeti is described as a restaurant. I would describe it as a low budget cafe that is in need of a refurb and a good clean.

Brilliant place to eat as I don’t come up Cornwall often from Birmingham I enjoyed and glad I know of a place to eat next time I’m down here and also owner and staff were amazing quality customer service and overall friendly and positive just what you need in a good environment

So welcoming, manors and attitude top class. Great food and great service can't fault them. Private table upstairs with practically around the clock table service.

Such an awesome place, food was great! So good and perfect amount of spice. And then the owner took us back to our accommodation free of charge so we didn't have to pay for a taxi! Also made a stop at sainsburys to get supplies. Phenomenal service. What a legend!

Hair inside of multiple slices of the naann bread we ordered, no actual apology for it, put me and my friend completely off of our food. No complimentary drinks etc for the issue, quite disappointed. Went home and cooked another meal for myself. Used to use yak and yeti often for take always. Completely put off

Simply the most delicious Nepalese food ever. A beautiful family run restaurant. Fortunately for me almost on my doorstep, I'm Blessed. If you are discerning about excellent food you absolutely definitely must visit. Excellence in taste and service with a smile in an efficient laid back manner, nothing is too much trouble.

Amazing food. Full of flavour, I don't like too hot so it's difficult with husband who does but every dish was the right balance of heat and spice. Absolutely amazing
