Nice breakfast in large outdoor eating area. Great that you can now recycle old flowerpots and compost bags at Dobbies now Update March 22 good range of plants ready for planting out. Reusable bags to fill with compost are another nice idea.

Booked a surprise high tea birthday for 10 at CirencesterMum was 70 and family had come from around the country to surprise her.The table was beautiful set up so nicely with flowers and a table cloth. It was near the back. so in the area where we could see the outside playground . It was very light and sunny with the plant area behind it. It was perfect.First the hot drinks came kids with the luxurious hot chocolates and adults with specialty tea and coffeesThe lovely Lizzie came out with the high teas starting (which was so nice) with the birthday girl who is a vegan.Next came the kids with teddy bear cut sandwiches and fresh fruit amongst other things and then the adults. All on three tiered plates. It looked so fancy.Delicious sandwiches of salmon cheese and cucumber with many small cakes not to mention the massive scones !! Which came with clotted cream and jam of course.Lizzie kept checking on us and even took a group photo for us (she offered we didn’t even ask). What a triumph of a day.Fantastic service lovely food and brilliant Lizzie made a birthday to remember.Thank you so much

Been for breakfast with family when they stay lots of time. Went in last week family of 5 ordered breakfast menu says grilled tomatoe try half a raw one not even warm let alone grilled. Tea was warm rest of food had no hear what so ever and that was on all 5 meals. Worst breakfast ever could not eat it at all. Had to walk away and find a better place. If I could give 0 stars I would definitely won't be going back and as for the membership we took out that will be getting cancelled ASAP!!Seems to have got worse in here since the menu has changed over

Cutest full English breakfast! Every time I come to this garden centre I want to buy everything!!! 😅 Beautiful items and great staff!

The food was lovely but the extremely long wait standing in the queue simply to enter the cafe while lots of tables were empty and having booked was terrible. Not to say that there were also disable people, mothers and babies, and many elderly standing holding a cane, waiting for an equally long time (30min plus). At time in age this is absolutely unacceptable, inconsiderate and even cruel. If you are short staffed to serve, at least allow your customers to sit.

I'm giving them 5 stars only because of there restaurant manager, and yes we will go back there to eat. Unfortunately today was not a good day, the food I had was not great. The chips I had were cold Sent back twice, third time lucky and little or no cheese in a cheese and onion toasty.Be aware when you are taken to your table you get very little information after you have been seated. It would be good if they informed you that someone will be with you shortly to take your order and how you pay. We had get up to find a waitress to ask where do we order and then at the end of the meal we had to then look for waitress to ask where do we pay. It did not make for a good experience.

Go there at least once a month for a breakfast/lunch time meal. Always nice and even better when we are served and looked after by the lovely Eileen. She is lovely and friendly and kind. " come on Eileen " 🤣🤣🤣😉

Really disappointed with the terrible service in Dobbies cafe. They have a truly bonkers system where there is a single member of staff on the 'tea and cake' counter in the afternoon and thus an absolutely huge queue. There were many other members of staff serving zero customers in other areas of the cafe but they seemed incapable of proactively moving and helping out. I eventually had to go and actually ask one of them (who was doing nothing) if they could possibly come and help as my frail elderly grandmother had been stood in a queue for a cuppa for about half an hour. The staff seem well meaning and there are lots of them, but just terribly managed and therefore a truly awful experience!

Possible the best garden centre in the South West. The manager Rob and the team went the extra mile to make our visit in classic cars most enjoyable.
