Whilst passing by last Friday, we went into The Eton Mess just for a drink and with no reservation. We were greeted very warmly and taken to a table. We continued to be treated like VIP's even though we were just passing by for a drink. I cannot wait to go back and dine there now. The decor is fabulous; very luxurious. A young lady named Jordan was a true delight to speak to and is a credit to the team. Thank you to all the staff and management for making it such a lovely evening.

Really good service and the cocktails were incredible. My partner had a Churchill and said it's the best whisky sour he's ever had. Great entertainment watching the staff creating the cocktails and the place had such a good atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

Very impressed. Stayed one night, great room, and great breakfast. Newly decorated. Friendly staff, and the main bar and courtyard area are lovely for drinks / cocktails. Thoroughly recommended.

·

Absolutely loved the place! The staff is super nice, there are really tarty vegan options (and beautifully presented) and pub and rooms are very stylish. Only downside is that the pillows and bed were hard

Turned up just before 10pm on a Saturday night and was told they had been quiet all day and would be closing soon we got seated in a dark corner next to toilets even though there where seats available in the bar area. After waiting 30 minutes for our drinks we walked out as we could see the one bar man was no where near ready to start making our drinks. We also noticed they where turning a lot of people away hard to believe a place that has just had a refurb and probably closed most of Year due to covid could actually afford to turn people away on a Saturday night!

Couldn’t ask for better hosts, service, food or drinks. Cocktails were lush, food was delicious and there was a lot of it, we had the terrace booked out just for us for a private hen party. We also had a Gin masterclass which was very generous servings or different gins, mixers and smells

Tasty cocktails But the service wasn't up to stretch they were slow and bringing drinks to the table. We were often sat with empty glasses. It was obvious they wanted the table back for the next group.
