Good service and pub food at reasonable prices. Easy car parking...but as at bottom of hill be ready for turning and also leaving you may find going opposite direction to your travel is safest option and turning around slightly further on.

Good food cooked well and amazing cheesecake. Had ribeye steak which was mouth watering. The Children meals were very good. The lager and ales on offer were original and crisp. Fantastic location with a beautiful lake and swans. The staff were accommodating at all times. Will definitely be returning regularly.

Reviewing the pub so not added a rating for rooms! Lovely atmosphere, good ales, friendly dog, lots of outdoor seating. Great location.

Beautiful Cotswold Country House Hotel. Had drinks in the beautiful garden on a sunny Easter weekend. Will certainly go back for dinner or an overnight stay.

We went for a drink last week - just as Cheltenham had started.We ordered 2 sandwiches - both with salad. Absolutely delicious.Had a nice chat with the lovely lady who runs it - with her husband I think.

Absolutely brilliant place, live music on the Friday night when we recently visited. Superb food, I had the fish and chips, excellent service and everything. A must go to place in a stunning setting.

Came here for the weekend. Had a lovely time, food was nice and the staff couldn’t of been more welcoming to us and our dog.Located in between Bourton on the Water and Bibury, with a car the location was ideal (15 minutes drive from each)Would defiantly recommend and will return on our next visit 🙂

We booked a large table with lots of children, dogs and food allergies but despite all this the food and service was excellent. They happily amended the menu choices for the kids specific requests and dietary requirements, the young waitress asking how our food was and providing excellent and prompt service. Great old traditional English pub in a beautiful setting, many specials available on the menu and everyone enjoyed the food immensely. Recommend
