Great place with a nice range of menu options, whether you’re just having some tea and cake or brunch. The service can vary quite a lot, sometimes they’re friendly and sometimes you feel like a bit of an inconvenience but they’re not outright rude and it’s not enough to stop us going regularly. It gets really busy so definitely good to book ahead of your visit as you’re likely to be disappointed otherwise, not only at the weekend.Baby friendly with high chairs and changing available!

This is our third visit to this delightful cafe. They cater for allergies and the gluten free cakes are scrummy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Laura in helping us achieve a special event

Lovely location, atmosphere and extremely lovely food. Had brunch options and it was all great ! So fresh and extremely tasty! One of the best locations for breakfast/brunch in Cirencester.

Love this place. Always a lovely welcome for us and our dog. Very busy, as always but the service was quick and the food and drink hot. No problem at all in sharing the sausage roll. Lovely obliging staff.

Four of us ate here in the garden, it was pleasant enough and the soup and toast options were good and tasty. However the chocolate brownie was a massive disappointment hence only three stars.

Nice veg burgers. Caramel milkshakes was a bit too sweet for our taste. Ambience was good and relaxing for a Sunday brunch. Overall it’s recommended!

Great place to grab brunch/lunch. We planned to go to Cote down the road for brunch, but as they weren't serving on a weekday decided to try place out. Friendly staff, with a good selection of places to sit, cosy inside area, bright atrium and lovely patio. Food was superb. Loos on ground floor and would be perfect for families with prams. Bill was a while in coming but that was fine. Hope to be back soon.

Absolutely loved here. The drinks was lovely and the food was breath taking, I had the burger as pictured here and I would definitely recommend it. I have been to this place before and after covid 19 and sadly they have perminately reduced their menu. Lots of dishes have now gone to only a select few, which is a shame. But what they have on the menu is all really good food.

Our first lunch since arriving in Cirencester and this was excellent, very tasty. The staff are very attentive and Jack's is in an ideal location for exploring the area after food and drink.

Had a lovely lunch here. Some very quirky, interesting menu ideas and pricing was very reasonable. Staff were also very pleasant & accommodating.
