The Quality of The Chicken & Drinks Very Good , But The Larrge Chips were A Regular Chip Size & They Were Mostly Broken Small Pieces. The Staff Were Helpful & Friendly. The 10 Mini Fillets For £5.99 Deal is Very Good Value .

Great food great service for was nice and hot and KFC is my favorite fast food.

Whenever I get chicken from here, I seem to get a lump with about 50 ribs in it, making it impossible to pick out and eat! The other food is usually nice but not great if you like chicken….

Absolutely amazing customer service. The sweetest Asian people at the tills serving. They ran out of chicken and had to cook up another batch so we waited a while, but due to the wait, they gave us a free large popcorn. They made sure to constantly check we were okay and went above and beyond. They also have a self serving condiments area which is super handy! You just pick the sauces you want!

Coffee machine is ALWAYS broken, ice cream maker is pretty much always broken. Staff are rude not only to customers but to each other. Communications are poor, one day a sign is up on the door to say coffee is unavailable and then a few days later it gets taken down which to me means it's available, but no still unavailable. Generally the whole running of this place is appalling.

So I just watched this branches manager wipe his nose with the back of his hands, pick up my wraps and try to hand them to me. I said no I'm not eating those, he then lies about what he did and told me if I don't like him I'm not welcome back. Not happy, terrible service

Been to the drive-thru twice this year, both times the service was incredibly slow, especially for being very quiet both times I visited. Order was incorrect in some way, and both times they apparently didn't have enough hot wings left, so substituted with mini fillets. The first time I didn't mind too much, because these things happen, but for it to be a consistent problem isn't really acceptable, so I won't bother going back to this branch.The food that was delivered was absolutely fine, though.

Very fast serving and the place was thoroughly clean. Even though it was raining when we went the floors were very dry - I assume their mats are doing their job well.Parking there was easy too, as it was right in front of the premises.Definitely would return for fried chicken here when I ever go back to Cirencester.

Where do I start here. The food is always overcooked, overpriced for poor products. Very few employees are wearing a mask or keeping socially distanced when they have already been closed due to covid.I did track and trace at the door and santized but no one told me to or directed others do as well. Its really shocking here. I doubt they clean the tables or the floors as its always a huge mess. The floor feels sticky. I won't be coming back
