Loved this bar .friendly. Great atmosphere.

Reopened, had a couple of drinks late on a Saturday night, fun bluegrass style duo playing

Of all the places to randomly wander into this probably isn't the worst but given there are so many places in Cirencester you would have to count yourself unfortunate to spend time here. It was dirty, poorly furnished and unpleasant.

The pub was okay. Toilets though need expansion. My friend thought the drinks expensive. Karaoke alright, but like a lot of karaoke 's today the D.J.'s lacked personality. It was just "our next singer is..." And nothing else. No chat to tempt the audience!

A great little bar with some fantastic live music when we visited! This side of Cirencester seems to most lively with Stoneys across the road too.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and live music! Can get very busy on live music nights so make sure you go early. There's a small outdoors area but no beer garden as such, but that doesn't mean it loses a star for me because it really is a lovely pub.

This is a great pub. Lovely decor and the barman was absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and informative as we were visiting for the day. He was really warm, friendly and welcoming too. Top job! Thank you.

Nice cosy pub, with great friendly atmosphere. Shame they close early due to licensing issue. Would visit again.

the mad hatter has changed hands as of 2016I'm pleased to say that it is a warm homely and fantastic place to chill outthe staff are now very friendly and the new management is promising lots of good things for the future
