Madeleine’s in Cotswold

My husband and I have just had a pot of tea and he had a sandwich. Excellent value, very friendly service and the food and tea were lovely. What a nice café.

Arrived in Cirencester hoping to return to Madeleines for lunch following a two year plus break due to the pandemic, and we were so pleased to find the cafe had survived.A warm and friendly welcome, we enjoyed our lunches, the food is excellent, very fresh and flavoursome, and a desert of ice cream was also delicious.This is a gem of a small cafe and we shall definitely return on our next visit to Cirencester.

We search all afternoon for somewhere free for cakes and coffee, we arrived with 30 mins left of opening time and ate the last piece of chocolate cake that the lady working their wanted to take home 😁. Lovely friendly place cakes and drinks were lovely definitely call in if you are there you won’t be disappointed.

Always very helpful you are made to feel welcome either for just a cuppa or something more substantial. Very highly recommended.

Food was average way over priced been to cheaper cafe's for a meal and the food was much better quality don't think we be back again

A quaint cafe in the middle of Cirencester. Brilliant customer service and excellent quality food.

Bland food, bitter staff. Staff seems courteous to the people who often eat there but quite ignorant with strangers. It took me ages to get my order, I asked it twice, but seems the staff forgot. The staffs served people they know first!

My parents came in for lunch today since new owners have taken over. They couldn't rate it highly enough and felt the staff went out of their way to accommodate them and made they feel very welcome. They also said the food was amazing and they will definitely be back again.

We visited the cafe today with a pram!We worried about taking up too much space , but the staff were so friendly and welcoming .Nothing was too much trouble for them.The cake and tea was delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.Thankyou
