Mcdonald's in Cotswold

WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE MC DELIVERY, we've ordered 4 times in the last month and every order has come cold and missing sauces..... everytime, go in a collect as they are doing it completely wrong

Took ages for my order, when I got to the car I realised I was missing part of my order, didn't have any napkins and wasn't offered any condiments like the person in front of me.Didn't find it a very friendly place at all

Really poor. Speed of service terrible. Guys making the burgers super fast but burgers just sit there waiting to be put in a bag. Wouldn’t recommend

The food is what you would expect of a mcdonalds, friendly staff and clean premises. Only thing letting it down is the amount of cars backing up the roads trying to get in there.

Big queue that went on forever. Food fine though but car park and drive through bit of a. Nightmare if busy.

Very clean and tidy McDonald's. Service is always happy and good. Only problem with this location is the vehicle access during rush times. The car park is very limited and the drive through regularly spills out onto the main road.

Not too busy when we visited, parked in Tesco up the road & walked down, as parking is a bit tight 😏. Ordered via the app, which is easy to use, prompt service too

Waited almost 20 mins for my breakfast and the person in front was waiting on two hash browns for more than me. Need quicker service.

Really helpful staff, as they wanted me to use the ordering screens they took me over to help me use it and bought the food over when it was ready. After my meal a different staff member took all the rubbish away.

Still searching for the bacon in my BBQ Bacon Stack! Very Disappointing McDonald’s Cirencester! Only ordered it because of the bacon.
