Monicas Plaice in Cotswold

Good food and plenty of it friendly staff very helpful if ever I am in that town again I will certainly go back there

The chips were old and the service borderline abysmal. If you are starving to death and nothing else is open then perhaps Monica's Plaice is an option. Otherwise see my TripAdvisor comment

Excellent place to eat everything cooked to order piping hot and plenty of it staff really friendly and helpful

Hit and miss with the kebab as are many chip shops but the fish and chips etc are really good. Good prices as portions as well

Very good fish and chips large nice portion friendly service i would recommend this as a place fir lunch sitting in the tables were very clean nice space i would visit again the next time i go

Fantastic food. Family run business. Always helpful staff and food cooked to order quickly.

Fish was good quality Cod,freshly cooked in a golden brown batter. Chips were the same golden colour and not greasy. A lovely meal. We had Fish and chips here 4 years ago, they were good then and we were not disappointed this time either. Well done.

Very clean place. Fast service and amazing value for money.

Great portion sizes. Friendly staff. A large menu to choose from. I have visited a few times and I've always been impressed.

I'm new to Lechlade and the welcome at all establishments is great but this Fish shop is quite simply...Top Notch!! Chips not soggy and they use proper wrappings to keep them fresh, nothing too much trouble, so happy, smiley & genuinely friendly...even through the window when closed. One BIG negative.....my stomach and weight after visiting them too often!Thank You all so much!!!! Lovely food, especially the fish, perfectly cooked and served by the best staff I've met in all my travels this year!
