Old Manse Hotel Restaurant in Cotswold

It’s a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very busy. Toilet down near the bar wasn’t to clean I think because everyone and there dog was going in and using it. I had a steak last night and hubby had lasagna which was microwaved to a inch of its live.very chain restauranty . Bed was comfy but floor boards definitely need looking at everything shook when you walked on them. Car park small so get there early.

Bed very big and comfortable in the 1st floor overlooking the front. Very quiet at night even though lots of people in town.Staff very helpful and gave a warm welcome.Limited beer on draft and TV in bar we could have done without.Nice area beside Brook with tables for an enjoyable pint.Meal was OK but nothing special.Deco throughout a bit tired.All in all top of the three star range but food and decor held it back.Good value for what it offered.

Great location. Lovely room and off street parking. The food was superb and well priced. The star of this place is the young front of house staff. Whether in the bar or restaurant, they were attentive, polite. Fabulous long weekend.

We stayed in a garden room which was situated in a cottage a few yards away. It was clean, comfortable and quirky. We would request to stay there again. Staff are very polite and helpful, go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great location, food is reasonably priced although I was disappointed with my Lamb hot pot pie no seasoning at all but the veg were well cooked and tasty. My wife had the macaroni cheese and enjoyed it. The lady running the floor was very pleasant and courteous, bar staff not as pleasant. Beer was good. Will be interested in other visitors view on the food.

Absolutely delightful stay. Extremely pleasant friendly staff who went that extra mile especially Grace and the manager. We've never stayed anywhere that had so much piping hot water that filled the corner bath in a few minutes. The breakfast was superb as was the optional extra of the evening meal. 100% recommended

Lovely spot right in the heart of the village next to the river. Comfy four poster bed but room decor a bit tired, radiator covers tatty, carpet stained, corner bath old, floors very creaky. Food good, best cooked fillet I've had for ages.

These guys found me and my friend a table even though we hadn’t booked and they were busy. The hunters chicken special was simply amazing!! Friendly staff and great food!! Highly recommend!!

Visited this evening and they managed to seat us around 5.30 with no reservation in the bar. Excellent location in the centre of Bourton. Very impressed with the quality and would recommend, but worth booking ahead.
